Client Account Executive

We seek a skilled and motivated Client Account Executive who understands HubSpot's sales and marketing software and demonstrates expertise in sales and business development strategies. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and promote our products/services to potential customers. Your ability to effectively communicate the value of our offerings, identify client needs, and close deals will be vital to your success.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings with the on-shore and off-shore teams/clients.
  2. Preparing SOWs and meeting with project clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and project timelines.
  3. Assist the project manager in the development of project management documents such as project budgets, project schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
  4. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  5. Identify and qualify potential leads and prospects primarily in the domain of HubSpot through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  6. Conduct thorough needs analysis and consultative sales discussions to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  7. Demonstrate a strong understanding of HubSpot's sales and marketing software, effectively positioning its benefits to potential clients.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns and initiatives for in-house HubSpot business development.
  10. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
  11. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging HubSpot technologies to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as HubSpot sales executive or in a similar sales role, preferably with a focus on HubSpot and other software or technology solutions.
  2. Basic knowledge and experience using HubSpot's sales and marketing software.
  3. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, business development strategies, and the sales process.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex information to clients.
  5. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  6. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  7. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  9. Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
